Corn Rava Pulao Recipe for Breakfast

 

CORN RAVAI PULAO

Commonly pulao is made with rice but for a difference we have used corn Rava which is good for health. Corn Rava is yellowish in color and it attracts everyone.

Ingredients:

Corn Rava - 200 grams

Carrot - 1/4 cup

Beans - 1/4 cup

Green peas - 50 grams

Ginger - 2-inch piece

Garlic - 3-4 cloves

Cinnamon - 2

Clove - 2

Onion - 1 large

Curry leaves - as required

Oil - as required

Salt - as required

Coriander leaves - as required

Water - 2 1/2 cup


Preparation:

First cut the carrot and beans into small dice. Take a pan and turn on the heat. Add oil, once the oil is heat add cinnamon and cloves. Now add onions and curry leaves.

Fry the onion until it is becoming brown. Now add the carrot, beans and stir for 2 minutes and add water of 2 1/2 cup. Allow the veggies to cook in the water.

Add Corn Rava when the water boils. Stir occasionally to avoid lumps. Once you add the Corn Rava close the pan and let it cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Once the water is drained turn off the heat and serve the pulao with raita.
