How to make Ragi Poori Recipe
Ragi is one of the traditional Millet. It is very good for health and it's mostly used in Tamil Nadu. It is very good for summer days as Ragi is one of the cooling agents. We can make Ragi Dosa, Ragi Pakoda, etc. But today we are going to see an interesting recipe that is Ragi poori.
Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 1 cup
Rava or Sooji - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as required
Oil - as required
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Preparation:
Now take Rava in a mixer and add water to it. Grind it to a smooth paste and transfer it to a bowl. Now wash the coriander leaves and grind them in a mixer to a smooth paste.
Take a bowl and add Ragi flour, Rice flour, Rava paste and mix well. In this mixture add chilly powder, coriander paste, salt for taste and mix well to a dough-like consistency.
Make small balls from the dough and roll them out to a small circle. Heat the oil in the pan, once the oil is ready put the pooris slowly and fry it. Once it is cooked take that from oil and serve hot.
