How to make Kambu Laddu

'Kambu' is called 'Pearl Millet' in English. Kambu is one of the traditional Millet which is consumed by our ancestors. Kambu is very good for health and it reduces diabetes. If you looking for a weight loss remedy then take Kambu paniyaram, laddu, etc. Here we present the recipe of Kambu laddu.


Ingredients:

Kambu - 250 grams

Palm Jaggery(Panai Vellam) - 150 gram

Cardamom - 4

Raisins - 10

Almonds - 10

Dates Paste - 100 grams


Preparation:

Turn on the heat and roast the Kambu. Add cardamom powder, raisins, and Almonds to it. Turn off the heat and keep that aside to cool.

Now put the mixture into a mixer jar and powder it. Transfer that to a bowl. Add dates paste to the mixture and mix well. Make small laddoos from the mixture and serve.
